Suppose you are paid to watch the cameras on iss, how long are you really going to pay attention? Unless radar alarms alerted them, this wouldn't have been captured, so either NASA know much more about this or it's a super coincidence.

I can track the ISS with my cell phone, you don't put that type of technology in front to a space station with cameras unless you want people to see it. Nasa didn't cut their feeds, they always cut their feeds when something strange passes by.
