They've got quite a few, surprisingly enough. Look up the British space programme. They made the most fuel efficient rockets of their time using hydrogen-peroxide that the ESA use currently. The entirely inventory are all entirely British engineered and manufactured. The only reason they got out of the space was was because liberal political parties like the labour party ruined their corner of the European economy with so many taxes and social welfare obligations that they disbanded their own space program and sold their inventory to ESA. Their aerospace industry has yet to recover.
