"Time travel" in this instance sure sounds a lot like quantum entanglement. Information can only be sent between two entangled points, where distance over space/time is irrelevant, one of which in this case is when the machine was turned on. It sounds like a great way to get stock tips.

Time travel is Jewish distraction. Focus your attention on interdimensional travel by opening dimensional portals. Why do you think there are pyramids all near Hartmann lines? Why do you think they use Kabalah to make their terrorist attacks? To obtain energy that serves to open their portals

The face of this "demon" is very likely to be the "ethereal" or "antimatter" manifestation of a Djin. The towers are at a junction of Telluric Lines so it is something totally plausible. In their hyperdimension they are corporeal.
