It's just to show and/or teach other people that what they might be looking at is a normal event and/or normal occurrence. I've played at casinos in multiple states and one I've played at is mystic lake in minnesota (10 years ago or so) and they have these lights that go up into the sky. You can actually see the lights from 10-15 miles away if not further, but you can't see the building and it might be pitch black in your area or something close to that and the lights can kind of give a person a scared feeling if you don't know it's just from a casino. You get kind of a spooky if not eerie feeling going through you until you realize it's just lights from a casino in the area. This is not "it's just a prank bro!" or something like that either. It's to show people that something might be something very normal. Figure I'd show people this as people do get this kind of stuff confused even if it's just from time to time (I still do myself every once in a while). I figured some people might like checking out something like this since it does help to show people that something might be normal or normal to that area alone. If not the other stuff that's fake or where people try to trick people into thinking something is real.
