Stoicism with a dash of the Supernatural in the form of having ancient or "universal" knowledge and manifestation of thought. Similar to what Napoleon Hill lays out as how the mega successful men he had interviewed felt about the matter in Think and Grow Rich. Also similar to how the Greeks viewed Stoicism, as opposed to the Romans who really focused inward on the self. Don't know much about the Rosicrucians or how scammy the outfit is, etc., but they are still around.
