Simple he didn't break any laws. More concerning than this non news is the charges they tried to bring against him.
He had been charged with conspiracy to commit civil disorder and aiding and abetting civil disorder.
Handing out face shields is not a crime. There is no proof that anyone he may have given a face shield to did anything illegal. It's all conjecture.
They are taking things we don't like (mexicans, shitskins, etc.) and using it to push for things far worse. Why can't anyone see this?
