I found 4 March 4 links in a bing search "doj seth rich files". I click on them and they all appear to be spam sites with pop ups and shit. I've never had that happen before. Otherwise, other references refer to the original Seth Rich/DOJ refusals of 2018. It does not bode well for the validity of this meme.
Then there was one that claims Ty Clevinger said DOJ/FBI said it to him. Thst seems to be the only source I can find claiming DOJ is blocking it, but DOJ will provide him an itemized list with descriptions of the contents.
I would expect more valid reporting of it if it is real.
