According to SCOTUS dicta, acceptance of a Presidential pardon is an admission of guilt. Presidential pardons only cover federal crimes. The same actions can be charged both federally and at a state level. SCOTUS has ruled that double jeopardy does not apply to the same actions charged federally and at a state level.
By accepting a federal pardon they have tacitly waved their fifth amendment rights to non-self incrimination at a state level. An attorney general with balls can have a field day with their asses.

Perhaps Biden is not so much the bumbling idiot he was made out to be. His last actions have painted a huge and glowing target on a lot of criminals that up till now had plausible deniability. All doubt has been erased now. Sure they may have (((legal))) protections with the pardon, but what if Joe's intention is mob/vigilante justice to tie up his loose ends? With (((Trump))) and his raging israel boner right now, I'm thinking there's a different (((plan))) playing out here. There's just too much scripting peaking through for this all to be anything but a (((red team))) / (((blue team))) collaborative effort.
