My guess it would be the ATF and/or FBI. Both have proven track records of murdering US citizens for fun and profit. I can definitely see them going house to house collecting guns and putting people on trucks to camps. Where I am sure they'll be put to work to clear out storm debris for the lithium mine they want.

If people fight back and the FBI/ATF retreats, they'll back in overwhelming force. So if someone fends them off and prevents them from putting him and his family on the truck, BE SOMEWHERE ELSE because they will come back. Don't expect to stay in your home and all is well. People should have their cars already packed.
