When fraud must be done and nobody must be accountable, "The Computer Glitch," is the go to "cause."

Maybe the software developers should be treated like election workers - multiple party registrations in the team, us citizen, accountable for meeting legal election requirements of the state and county, etc.

Lets treat them like aircraft mechanics. You have to sign off on your work and if it causes "harm" or "damage" or "kills people" you are liable for it. This would be a example of that. If you make code that can/will cause election interference you go to jail for life.
