The corrupt judiciary threw out the vast majority of those cases on procedural technicalities. Usually the bogus concept of "standing" or latches (the action was brought either too soon or too late. The trouble being that it turns out that there is no time at which you could bring the action that would be neither too soon or too late). Then they just declare that all the lawsuits were baseless, though basically none (I don't know of any) were tried on the merits.
