Are you fucking kidding me? Criminal. SUE THEM ALL. SHOW THEIR FACES. SHAME THEM. If nothing else, this just means that if you have cameras that are visible, you need to make sure to have a LOT that are not visible. I would publish high quality videos/photos of every one of these people (after I sue the fuck out of them).
