Listen, maybe it's just me being crazy here...but, all the security failures and procedural issues aside...
It's a very scary and telling sign, how so many people observed this happening and not a single person physically did anything to attempt to intervene. People said things. People pointed. No one took any action.
Granted crowd mentality studies, etc...
Just surprising to me with the make up of the party and the crowd, no one was more proactive.
