It's like they think they are hiding something from us. We know Joe is barely alive at this point and he has no idea where he is or what he is doing. (((They))) Just don't want it to be more obvious than it is. It would easily disqualify him against running again but they don't have any other options.

Which is probably exactly what will happen here. "Guilty and no punishment". What the fuck even is the point to find someone guilty if you are not going to punish them? You could at least force them to do a few hundred hours of community service picking up trash in nog neighborhoods....
