Eventually, everyone will be on the "no fly list" and you will need to apply for a permit and travel authorization to be allowed to fly. Just one more step in the direction of the 15 minute city... I know that is not what this is about.. But they will abuse any power they are given (or taken) to reach whatever insane goal they have.
