Grab a film crew Dinesh and go to their offices in DC. Interview your Congressman and Senators and ask why they seized and are holding the money. File FOIA because there can't be an "ongoing investigation". The Streisand Effect of this obviously lame attempt by the government to censure Dinesh is incredible publicity.
