IDK, not a lawfag. With all of the lawfare being applied against Trump, I can't be sure he can still scratch his nose without facing a fine or incarceration.

Yes. And the fact that the edited version is submitted to the court is outrageous. There's been other cases when a video is being used on a streaming service, they argue whether or not to keep the ads playing in said video. But here? "Yeah, we can just play this with edited sounds and panned shots. See. He's guilty." And the completely impartial judge says, "yup, we don't need to review anything else."
It's plain to see this whole thing is such a bunch of bullshit!
