Unfortunately, the only recourse is to have a retrial. This means finding a lawyer who can navigate the criminal cartel of a justice system. Yes, the entire criminal justice system is chalked with criminal prosecutors who don't uphold the law. This is how the criminals subvert the constitution and never prosecute actual criminals.
