Of course he's a liar. Just a week earlier he gave a rant justifying the need for more military funding in the pursuit of weapons of mass destruction. I remember after the attack saying to myself "well now he'll get his funding". The competencies of biden and bush aren't much different, IMO, and they are both propped up by the cabal to stand in the public spotlight while they carry forward with their plans in secret. A lot of Americans don't realize that 9/11 had profound impact outside of the U.S. too, particularly with the financial institutions. The jew banks ushered in tight controls almost overnight, from spending limits to questionable KYC requirements that gave banks intimate knowledge into our private lives, and when asked why the new policy they happily pointed to the "new terrorist laws because of 9/11".
