If there is no pending criminal case and no current investigation, it is subject to FOIA. They don't get to unilaterally decide what the public gets to see.

I donate to Judicial Watch. Not sure how effective they are, but at least it is something.
I made a small donation to Judicial Watch. They sent the money back to me in the form of further donation request spam letters. Not sure if they spend anything on legal. Haven't seen Tom go on TV between workouts and talk about any wins lately.
