I'm sure there is money laundering taking place, but not at the scale of Ukraine. I see it as purposeful placement of biolabs in volatile locations. If there is a leak, it can easily be blamed on others. Meanwhile, BigPharma says "We have developed a Vax for that" and rakes in more money. Fauci creates the problems, BigPharma provide the "solutions". Wash, rinse, repeat.
