Nope. This may say that but the actual top 10% doesn't show up in this report as the top 10% due to their (((tax loop holes))) they use to shrink their taxable income. It's not that the top "10%" (get real, top .1%) don't pay taxes, they do. They pay for what dual citizens legislate them into with (((tax avoidance))) laws. (((elon musk))) for example is not committing tax evasion, he's partaking in (((tax avoidance))) through laws his brothers and sisters set up for kikes like him to shrink his income down significantly.
