So they're admitting that they are too incompetent to monitor and defend US airspace? They have massive infrastructure and equipment to monitor the airspace for any intrusions but somehow the intelligence community detected them and they didn't. Sounds like we need to get them out of the airspace defense and monitoring game since they can't do that very well at all. Admit it's all lies or admit you're incompetent. Of course they are both so it doesn't really matter what they choose.
