There is precedent, without repercussions. My understanding was that the special council has no teeth to enforce compliance or arrest. They appear to have enlisted the DOJ to be their attack dog. I'm not a lawfag so I'm not sure of the constitutionality of this.

Bannon isn't an idiot though. He's a brilliant strategist. He is antagonizing the J6 committee to act on it's threats. I don't know why or what he has planned if/when he is arrested, but he wants them to follow through. The idiots are on the J6 committee, they have proven this fact many times.
