Neither of us can clearly see the future. To argue whether Bannon is an idiot or not for this move seems moot and a waste of my time until we see what actually happens in the next couple of months.

His lawyer has no actual defense to the contempt. Other that bc trump invoked Presidental privilege on himself and his documents that rendered bannon exempt as well. He simply being a slimey joo arguing over semantics.
