It's probably a trite observation at this point that both Codes are either intended to or just happen to act as a criticism of an extreme. The Jedi Code is presented in games and movies as being "correct" but fate doesn't seem to favor either side

I think the no emotion and no passion part is what lead to the destruction of the jedi order

Emotion can be a good catalyst for action, but emotions also cloud your judgment, and often result in underperformance.

For example, many retards driven by emotions think civil war would be a good thing, but the facts and empirical data shows the opposite. Whites in America would get decimated in that conflict, and the US would become a third-world shithole with no turning back.
