Nice. I used to love the old Star Trek mirror universe episodes. STD based the entire first season on the mirror world stuff, which was interesting enough, but it was definitely flawed in a number of ways. Picard is arguably even worse.

I just woke up today and heard about Star Trek Strange New Worlds. I've no idea if it is a movie or what. Lots of people don't see it as 'real Star Trek' because the characters aren't serious enough. I think pretty soon, the frivolous, off-beat Star Treks will come to out-number the old Star Treks and at that point it will be hard to talk about 'real Star Trek'. Instead it will be 'The Golden Age of Star Trek' and the 'Silver Age'. I guess that would mean that we're in the Silver Age right now. If that's the case, then I can't imagine what the 'Bronze Age' is going to look like.
