It was. The pay rate was terrible, and they wanted me to pay everything up front to fly out there and interview. I declined. I explained that I didn't have the credit overhead at the time (living credit limited) and couldn't front that. Got one word in an email back: "Gotcha." The person that was supposed to be scheduling was named "Violet." I imagine her middle name was "Karen."
