light i dont think so, it would dissipate to quickly imo. "noise" MAYBE, but it it would have to incredibly strong signal voyager 1 & 2 are now in interstellar space and are cruising along. And, really can only give the the smallest of data. and the more deep they get the signal is going to interfered and get lost.
