This asteroid still isn't worth $700 Quintillion even considering that. It will be expensive to bring gold to earth or orbit. And gold isn't the best material to build space stations or starships.
Articles about how much worth some asteroid is and how it's going to get everyone rich are usually stupid. Sure there is value, sure someone will profit from it. But very likely that isn't you.
