No, hold on. I assumed a "dome" would do what the common definition of "dome" would do - act as a "container" over the flat Earth. In such a common definition, it would then be "holding in" the atmosphere". I did not say anything about space or what would happen on the other side of the energy dome. If your flat Earth magic energy dome is permeable, is it really then a dome at all? But you are right, we did not discuss the permeability of the magic energy dome and I assumed it would be impermeable. I am sorry for assuming an incorrect property of your magic energy dome. Is it bidirectionally permeable? If so, what of its properties makes you call it a "dome"? Why is it not a magic energy cylinder around our wonderful flat Earth? Or a magic energy pyramid? Wouldn't a magic energy pyramid have a certain Hollywood theatric quality that the magic energy dome lacks?

Again, it is not "my" theory. I never said it was permeable. If you believe the bible, there are flood gates that can be opened to flood this place if they, it, god, or whatever wants too. It's in a dome shape because that is the belief of many, many ancient civs plus the modern bible. Also, the first video I posted is of a missile supposedly skimming along the energy of the dome, it's curved. I accept that there are questions we will never have answers for, things that we can not verify ourselves. You demand answers because with out them you feel like you are not in control of your very own life, and that makes you feel uneasy. Having answers, even if they are wrong, makes people feel comfortable. Ironically, that is the same "comfort" that Christians feel because they feel like they have the answers and it's in God's hands. So they have comfort through religion, science/academia worshipers get that comfort through the religion of science. Also, no, I am not discrediting all science, looking at pond scum through a microscope is pretty cool and does provide answers....but neither "religion" does answer the big questions in a way that can be verified. It's either trust god or trust my science, oh, and give me money. I am comfortable being left with questions with no solid answers....and I don't give money to either cult.

The more I consider it, the more I think a dome is entirely the wrong shape for a magic enclosing energy shape for a flat Earth. A geometric dome shape (bing.com) is nothing more than part of a sphere, bisected with a plane.

Why on Earth (no pun intended) would a flat Earth theory use a sphere-based enclosing energy shape, when flat in this context really means anti-sphere? It's a very sphereish kind of geometric shape to take, for enclosing something that is decidedly not a sphere.

I agree completely, a good microscope unlocks a drop of pondwater into a a whole new world of reality. As does a good telescope :)

Actually in the flat earth it is an energy "sphere". It separates the waters above from the waters below. The surface only sees the above as a dome. The FE model has entire civilizations in the underground that we know nothing about. I think the "Hollow Earth" is a spin off from that. I think they used "space" to replace "water". Which would mean the universe still exists, but is water, not O2 free cold space. The "telescope" just allows people to look at the stars that are "affixed" to the firmament, and the planets are wandering stars. What is outside the bubble in water where we are, I do knot know. There are lots of different people who use Nikon P-900's to zoom in on stars. First off, if they were trillions of miles away, they couldn't zoom in. Secondly, they are not like the NASA pics, they are basically fluxing energy things. My fav looks like a cats eye, another is a 3 sided blue box. They all pulse and morph.
