... that's if they use the government designed space launch system. it costs even more to launch that thing than the space shuttle did because Congress mandated that the old venders had to be used.. which means that only minimal bidding occurred on the system contacts. it costs us 4 billion dollars to launch that stupid piece of shit each and every time.
by comparison, Elon could currently do it for 1/20th the cost, and he thinks he could get that down to 1/40th still.
