Some "smart people" lets mess with the orbits of asteroids, especially one orbiting another one... and not worry about the long term consequences... or certain possibilities like 1) the orbit of that asteroid could help stabilizes the bigger one and be in part of the reason for its current orbit and 2) What if the smaller asteroid could slingshot away from the larger one and towards earth... Is this a case of causing a problem that they think they can deal with but cannot, or is this a case of they will not be able to budge it from its orbit...
