Fake color in photos of star fields is dumb. These colors don't exist. If you saw this with your eyes, you would see various intensities of white on a black background. Stars do have colors, but they are for the most part subtle. Now and then you will get a star with a violet tint, or a red tint. Most are blue-white. This is cartoon level silliness.
