I'll admit, some of the stuff he shows there does look a little suspicious, but it's also quick clips with no context. The fact that he uses obvious audio/visual glitches like artifacting also reduces credibility.
The space suit is pressurized at only 1/3 of Earth's sea level pressure so it's a lot easier to withstand the depressurizing forces inside it. That dumb rubber toy breaking doesn't disprove shit.

No it wouldn't. You're referring to Olber's Paradox which debunks the idea of an infinite large observable universe with infinite stars. A finite universe and/or an infinite unobservable universe would produce the sky we see at night, because there would be spaces between stars and also stars at a great distance wouldn't be visible due to dimness or time it takes light to reach earth.
This is pretty entry level astronomy stuff.
