Yep, we've been in a solar minimum for a couple years now. Expect colder weather and more precipitation over the coming years.

Well, that really depends on the strength of the next Solar Maximum. Reduced sunspot activity is an indicator of a weak maximum but no guarantee of one.

Given the duration of the current solar minimum, the global temps are reducing. Even if the next solar maximum is significant, it'll be awhile before we feel the effects.

Oh, agreed. It's not like turning on the baseboard heat in the living room. These things take time.
