I wasn't taught that evolution was settled fact when I went to school. I was taught that it was the most likely way in which we came about.
But yeah, at this point AGW propaganda is far more important than any science.
I'm talking more about the scientific community at large. In college STEM/the professional sciences, they claim it as fact. I've heard some claim that Evolution is a fact, and the theory of evolution is our attempt at explaining that fact. Plus, the evolution science community will hunt down anyone in the public school system who so much as suggest evolution is incorrect. Hence, why I don't have much respect for those kinds of people. I'm totally fine with people believing in evolution, just so long as they admit it's a faith baed belief, and not based in science fact--I've never come across anyone who believes in evolution and has admitted this, I'm sure they are out there.
Btw, what does the "A" in AGW mean? Artificial?
I meant to imply that it wasn't always taught the way it is now. I went to school a LOOOOOONG time ago.
Also, the "A" stands for , as in caused by humans.
Ahh, I wasn't sure if that's what you meant. I was originally gonna ask if you'd been in school recently or not hahaha
You are definitely right. As time goes on, they get more and more vehement about their dogma. Again, I don't care if someone believe in Evolution, just be honest about your faith.
Thanks for the clarification
