The scale of governance is driven by collective IQ. Blacks are only capable of crabs in a bucket tribalism. The closest up scale of this is socialism which will inevitably lead to communism. It's why Jews completely cover Africa with "consultants." All of whom blame Whites for their failures and preach expulsion of Whites and our genocide.
