I don't blame him. The USA never declared war on Iraq. Hard to remember those days... It was a congress-authorized military action led by executive action. A bunch of words meaning the US is going to destroy another country and depose their head of state, kill many civilians, but it isn't an official "war". What a bunch of bullshit.
