You could literally name your community oriental primate relationship studies. I do not condone this, I am married to an Asian and have Asian children. But the rule will stand for all. Caucasian primate relationship studies would also be allowed.
There is no such thing as pure free speech in any country. When we get a larger more diverse userbase maybe we can get away with some shittier communities. But it can't start out with all communities being racist. No one would go there.
