Did they need to build it with 95' ceilings? No, absolutely not, but they did anyway. Up until ~5 years ago, they also had one of the only remaining Solari boards in the country displaying train times. It caused a minor scandal when they got rid of it to switch to digital, for seemingly no fucking reason other than they hate fun and aesthetics. I really miss the way it would all click-clack as they updated arrival times. It was truly iconic.
