I didn't do anything fancy with the chops. Tossed some basic seasoning on them, garlic, onion, and chili powder. Then some salt and pepper. Let them sit for a bit and threw them on the grill. I finished them with some good BBQ sauce I have. Served with baked potatoes and green beans.
I just pulled some shrimp out of the freezer for tonight. I'm thinking fajitas.

I tried making the potatoes in the air fryer and I really like how they turned out. That is going to be my go-to method from now on.
