I like this shot. I threw some edits on it. Probably should make the tower less pink, but I gotta grill these pork chops.

Posted some good pork chop recipes, but interested in yours

I didn't do anything fancy with the chops. Tossed some basic seasoning on them, garlic, onion, and chili powder. Then some salt and pepper. Let them sit for a bit and threw them on the grill. I finished them with some good BBQ sauce I have. Served with baked potatoes and green beans.

I just pulled some shrimp out of the freezer for tonight. I'm thinking fajitas.

It's a really good shot. Looks like a really cool location. Even the door on the tower is noteworthy.
