But if you ban them can't they just make a new account? Even with IP bans, it's not that hard to get a different IP.
Sure but it shows they were an unruly asshole to everyone else so it's a black eye in my view and a marker for someone that is a douche and can't help themselves or an attention whore and both scream I'm not good enough in real life so I'll pull shit on a nice website to prove my manhood though it proves they are not men yet acting like rebelling children.
