In German subjektiv means a personal Perpective
objektiv means a global, reproducable Perspective

It's the "global" part of which throws me off. Technically empirical satisfies your definition sans global. Though more likely to say reproducible. Honestly not sure what "global" is adding to the definition. Which continues to confuse me. Perhaps not a literal translation?
If you have an empirical measure it is presumed to be reproducible. As empirical implies a formality of measure and method.
well... coming back to our example:
empirical data of your point of view on the number of based commentaries suggests that the numbers are rising
empirical data on the numbers of comments actually made overall would then be the "global" perspective.
does that make sense?
