TheAmerican was one of the very few users I had blocked before I unblocked everyone due to the change in the way blocking works on the site.
I had difficulty getting through my day without knowing how sexy TheAmerican was feeling.

There was a kind of homoeroticism about TheAmerican that always made me a little uncomfortable. I recall him polling us to see who wanted shirtless pics of him. He seemed very attracted to his own body. Strange.
I never saw any of these. I just saw his sort of fawning compliment posts.
Yeah, his day-to-day sexiness was graded on a 10-pt scale. As you might expect, how sexy he was feeling rarely dipped below 9. I remember he'd normally make said posts after his workouts, which obviously biased the results haha. He was a weird dude. I didn't find him as annoying as the people in this thread did/do, I just thought he was a little odd and possibly a closet fag.

One thing I've learned out side of voat every platform starts out saying we are free speech and you can say what you want and then....
Poal.co is pretty good so far I don't know how you have complete freedom of speech but they seem to be trying here I just don't like people celebrating a ban I've never blocked anyone on the internet and don't need to
Users have been banned for doxing in the past it has always been against the ToS from day one, we don't like doing it but there are good reasons people should not be allowed to dox here.

I don't like that having them blocked means that they can't make comments on my posts. I think it hinders conversation. I only blocked users here because after seeing their posting habits I decided they were just making noise and not contributing anything of value to the site. However I still read their comments when they commented on my posts (I'd have to unroll them which wasn't a big deal).
I think blocking is so middleschool. I never really felt the need to block anyone.
I didn't know it does that. It shouldn't. Are you sure they can't comment? Or do you mean you can't see when they comment?
Without banning all his alts, it won't really matter.
I stopped lurking and made an account just so I could block him.
