Do the logs say so? I assume they were not banned as they broke no rules other than some vote manipulation which is arguable and now easily corrected. I really would like for a fix to receiving notifications from you as it is annoying.

But they bothered to create multiple accounts to spam /new. I assume that means their accounts were locked one by one. That's why I'm checking in. I thought the purpose of this sub was to notify us of ban activity.

I don't know the technicalities but it could have been multiple people being assholes but still within the confines of free speech. @aou is oddly silent today but hopefully @pmyb2 can shed some light on it. Curious do you receive notification that I responded to you?
