All cereal is garbage but if you are going for protein Content and want a good taste just get your fave cereal and make with a protein shake.

still goy slop. but I get nostalgic sometimes, the Malt O meal bag cereals, use real sugar and taste like the the ones from the 70s and 80s. Marshmallow Matey's tastes like the lucky charms I remember, but I won't eat more once in a while, as the sugar content is crazy high.
