The Dillard's are/were the most underrated bluegrass band of all time. Used to catch them at festivals and county fairs near their hometown (Salem, MO) in the mid/late 80s. This was a pretty polished performance, but they're stifled playing second fiddle on a TV show. Here's a better example of their talent from the same time period:
