1st generation, my palate was formed with traditional dishes as we didn't have a lot of money in my early years. Walking cheese in Sardinia, fried bologna in West Virginia, fry sauce in Utah, haggis in Scotland, and yes cheddar cheese on apple pie in Indiana.
